TRAVEL

INFOrmation

The Britt Edit will travel for your event booked with the “Party All Night” package.

For all weddings deemed as destination (taking place outside of Louisiana or over a 60 mile radius), additional fees are applicable, such as round trip airfare, hotel stay, and car rentals from airport and back during the stay. All travel can be arranged by clients per specifications of vendor or arranged by vendor with agreement of payment invoiced.

Rehearsal and Day of Wedding hotel accommodations are preferred to be at the wedding hotel or required within 10-15 miles of site in a safe location.

For weddings and events that are located in Louisiana, but outside of Lake Charles, the client will be charged $0.67 per mile. This is the federal standard reimbursement rate.
